Increasing Our Presence in the South

Lingwood Security Management have recently opened a satellite office in Greenhill Crescent, Watford, as part of a strategy to expand our presence in the south of England and provide greater support to our clients located there.

We will be extending our southern management team as part of this process, to assist with the increasing workload and to allow us to manage more sites from this regional hub.

A large number of our clients operate on a national scale, and this expansion will allow us to ensure we fulfil their needs across multiple locations with the same high standard of service that we insist upon.

We already have the resources and staff in place to cover anywhere in the UK. By adding a satellite office, it gives us a greater foothold in the south and provides a base from which our project teams can operate and support one another.

We are a Security Industry Authority (SIA) certified contractor. We also hold all relevant accreditations for the railway industry, through Achilles and, we are Link Up approved too. All Lingwood Security’s Officers are trained to the highest standards. Each holds a full SIA Licence and is PTS, BESC and SHEA trained.

Our management team have recently taken up the opportunity to study and advance our knowledge in leadership and management, by taking part in workshops lead by the Cambridge Judge Business School. The programme is designed to help high growth potential companies develop their organisation’s managerial skills from Strategy and Ideation for Growth through to Operational Excellence, Leadership and Talent Management.
