Guard of the Month: Aduke Odusina
Each month, we recognise one of our guards who has gone over and above his or her duty within a given month.
This month the spotlight falls on Aduke Odusina.
Aduke has been working on one of our National Grid sites for Trant Engingeering since 06/03/19 as a Security Gateperson.
Aduke’s duties are to control the gate, sign visitors in and out, take deliveries and ensure no unauthorised personnel accesses the site. She has built up a great relationship with the site team and we have received excellent feedback for her services over the last few months. Aduke has won this title due to the feedback from the clients, 100% attendance on site, punctuality and always looking the part when our Supervisors visit site. She is an asset to our team!
As that particular site has now come to an end, we will be moving Aduke onto another of our prestigious sites for Network Rail due to her hard work and professionalism.
Site Manager Michael Owen stated: “I’d like to take this opportunity to highlight the fact that Aduke has been a real pleasure to have around site and any reference she requires will be gladly given for any future positions.”
Previous winners of this award have received an Amazon Echo Dot and a donation to a charity of their choice.
Aduke will receive a personal visit from the MD to thank her for her hard work, and a prize of her choice.
