Dan Logan
Contracts Manager
In my daily role as a supervisor for NWR mobile response teams, I have to keep the vehicles in a fit condition and supplied with the correct kit, setting route taskings, sorting cover for staff holidays and sickness.
Roster planning for staff 3 months in advance and updating Logosoft online roster system monthly.
Attending weekly meetings with NWR route crime, British Transport police (BTP), carrying out staff welfare checks, checking mobile logs and incident reports from previous day, making site visits and carrying out trespass and Vandalism reports, dealing with problems as they arise.
Reacting to incidents as they happen in real time from ASB to CFW and break ins. and clerical issues. Also weekly, monthly and annual memorial visits to previous suicide sites, sometimes liaising with the family to arrange relocation of the flowers and cards.
