I commenced employment with Lingwood Security in 2021 to assist in the Finance Department’s growth programme.

I am now responsible for sending invoices for some our largest Clients, dealing efficiently and quickly with any client queries, dealing with Suppliers, ensuring all timesheets are checked and corrected as appropriate and generally assisting any admin duties within the Finance Department.

How did you first get involved with Lingwood Security Management?

I was head hunted as the Company was looking to expand their finance department.

What was your first impression of Lingwood Security Management?

The team that I work for was extremely welcoming and super organised. They gave their time to train me thoroughly so that I could best serve our Clients.

What’s your first memory of working at Lingwood Security Management?

Panicking if I’d be able to get in through the gate.

What has surprised you most about working at Lingwood Security Management?

The variety of clients we have.

What do you find most challenging about your work?

Every day is different and I enjoy whatever is thrown at me. I don’t find anything too difficult to handle!

What’s the best/worst thing to happen since you started working at Lingwood Security Management?

Joining a really friendly team who made me feel very welcome.  There has been no worse thing yet!

What interesting characters have you worked with at Lingwood Security Management?

I wouldn’t change anything – I am a very happy member of the team!

What do you think will change at Lingwood Security Management over the next five years, or in the industry as a whole?

I don’t get involved in the company strategies but I am pretty sure that we will carry on growing and expanding.

If you weren’t working at Lingwood Security Management, what would you be doing instead, or what would your life be like?

Being a lady who lunches.

How would someone describe you?

I would like to think they would say that I am trustworthy, highly intelligent, full of useful information and always happy – But I’m not sure that’s what they would ‘actually’ say.

What do you do when you aren’t working?

Spend my time with my family and two dogs and going to the gym.
