My role at Lingwood Security Management is Supervisor for North Travel Safe Officers..My duties are :

  1. Interviewing new TSO candidates 
  2. Training new TSOs
  3. Creating team schedules
  4. Allocating TSOs locations daily
  5. Evaluation of TSOs performance
  6. Resolving employees issues
  7. Workflow management
  8. Reporting to HR
  9. Providing uniforms and accessories
  10. Keeping a good relationship with station supervisors,managers and all railway staff etc

How did you first get involved with Lingwood Security Management?

I was recommended by a colleague from my previous job as a Travel Safe Officer.

What was your first impression of Lingwood Security Management?

The company looked quite big ,and with many opportunities for different job roles.

What’s your first memory of working at Lingwood Security Management?

Working on trains since day one, making a difference on the railway industry by keeping the public and Staff safe.

What has surprised you most about working at Lingwood Security Management?

Not surprised.

What do you find most challenging about your work?

Finding good security staff.

What’s the best/worst thing to happen since you started working at Lingwood Security Management?

The best thing that happened is that we got a job extension and doubled up our guards.

If you could change one thing about Lingwood Security Management, what would it be?

I wouldn’t change anything.

What interesting characters have you worked with at Lingwood Security Management?

Like all companies,we get to work with different type of people coming from different backgrounds,we all learn different things from each other.

What do you think will change at Lingwood Security Management over the next five years, or in the industry as a whole?

I think Lingwood will grow bigger and will cover more train stations in different cities…

If you weren’t working at Lingwood Security Management, what would you be doing instead, or what would your life be like?

Still working on the railway.
