Lorette Smith
Lorette started with us Monday 12th November 2018 as Screening and Vetting Administrator.
She is responsible for all of our employees from recruitment and selection through to inductions and ongoing screening and vetting.
Lorette will play an integral role within the business. She keeps accurate records for all employees, adhering to GDPR requirements and following the stringent guidelines of the British Standards for Screening and Vetting BS7858:2012.
Our Directors commitment to ‘Providing the Smartest Officers in The UK’ sees Loreete ensuring that all of our Guards are in full uniform/PPE when on site. She works closely with our Contracts Managers to ensure that all standards are being exceeded and that our Guards are clean, tidy and complying with all H&S standards.
She is the first point of contact for any HR related inquiries and is responsible for handling all contracts, recruitment, interviews, holidays and on-going HR matters.
Speaking following her recent appointment, Alan Lingwood, Director, said: “We are always looking for new staff to join the company as we are growing all the time, both here at head office and out on the various project teams we have across the country. I look forward to seeing Lorette progress into her new role.”
