Barclays Scale Up Success

Back in May, Alan Lingwood and Summer Jenkins signed up to the Barclays Scale Up Business School as part of a strategy to look at new ways of growing the business.

This programme ended in November. The photo below shows Alan & Summer at Kings College Cambridge, celebrating graduating from the Barclays Scale Up Business School.

Speaking after the event, Summer Jenkins said: “Myself and Alan have found this very useful to think outside the box of things and has definitely helped with leadership and management skills. We have implemented our growth plan to expand our services in the South of the UK. Instead of going full speed ahead and trying to expand our business in all different areas, the business scale up has enabled us to streamline and focus on separate areas of growth. We have also learnt how to implement and carry out a growth plan, so all avenues are covered which will help our business in project management as well as growth.”
