Guard of the Month: Steven Barr

Each month, we recognise one of our guards who has gone over and above his or her duty within a given month.

This month the spotlight falls on Steven Barr.

Steven has been doing an excellent job for us on Network Rail Projects throughout the Manchester areas and on the Trespass and Vandalism Project in Birmingham.

He works closely with Carl Nimmo who was our guard of the month in April 2019.

Steven has his PTS Card and has an extensive knowing in the rail industry and the wider aspects of security. He also possesses a great deal of health and safety knowledge.

We have received a lot of positive feedback from every project Steven has worked on. Each time Alan and other members of the management team have met Steven, he is always in full PPE, looking smart, and always challenges us when we get to a site, which is good to see.
