Involved Learning Recruitment Project
Lingwood Security Management has recently teamed up with Involved Learning as part of a focus on recruiting young people into the security sector.
Involved Learning has created an innovative solution which manages to tie together funding, training and employment, to get young people back into work.
Involved Learning is built on an ethos of innovation, with the very best quality training programmes at its core. They work in partnership with businesses to deliver innovative employability and vocational training.
They have an excellent track record in delivering training solutions and are a natural fit for Lingwood Security as we look to fill staff vacancies across our national security projects.
Lingwood Security are keen to recruit and develop young people aged 18 – 24 who are interested in having a career in the security industry as we look to build a sustainable workforce for the future.
With Involved Learning providing necessary funding, training and support for young persons all over the UK, this gives Lingwood Security added scope to recruit across a wider area, backed by the team from Involved Learning.
Speaking following the announcement, Director Alan Lingwood said: “Recruitment is an area which requires constant attention in our sector. This new partnership with Involved Learning will hopefully allow us to bring more young people into the industry and create a sustainable workforce for the long term. There are many opportunities for young people to progress in the sector, both within Lingwood Security and across the wider global security industries, and this programme represents the first step on the ladder for many of them. I look forward to seeing the results in the coming months.”
