Last week, Director Alan Lingwood carried out a site visit to RLI following some very positive feedback from Ward Manager Sarah Lambert, regarding the conduct of our guards.

Alan met with two staff members in particular, Supervisor Rob Green and Bed Watch Operative James Dawson, seen below photographed in their new yellow uniforms. These uniforms were developed over the summer as a collaboration between Lingwood Security and the NHS, following a consultation on the best colour for security staff to wear in the hospital.

Speaking after the visit, Alan said: “It’s always nice to get chance to carry out a site visit and meet up with some of our team. They do a very difficult job and we are really proud to receive this positive feedback from the ward manager Sarah. I’d just like to personally thank all of our staff who work at the RLI for their hard work. You are a credit to Lingwood Security Management.”
